NIH-NIAID U19 AI62627, "Robust T-cell Immunity to Influenza in
Human Populations" PI: Jack Gorski, Project Leader E.N Naumova
(2004-2009). The goal of the project is to model the nature of the
responding memory T cell repertoires and generate a molecular
description of the epidemiology of influenza.
NIH-NIAID-HHSN266200500032C, "Generation and Decay of Memory T Cells
in Young, Old and Immunocompromised Populations" PI: Jack Gorski,
Project Leader E.N Naumova (2005-2010). The goal of this project is
to develop mathematical modeling tools for assessing influenza
exposure and immune memory development in different subpopulations.
NIH-NIEHS- R01ES013171, "Gastroenteritis and Extreme Weather Events
in Elderly" PI: E.N. Naumova (2005 " 2008; no cost extension). The
goal of the project is to assess the impact of extreme weather
events (floods, droughts, heat waves, cold spells, etc.) on the
incidence of infections in the US elderly.
